Channa M. Gordon is an immigration and estate planning attorney admitted to practice in New York and Connecticut. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University at Buffalo School of Law and holds a Bachelor of Laws ( LLB) from the University of Technology, Jamaica.That path through two legal systems shapes how she practices. Clients arrive with documents from other countries, family spread across borders, and questions nobody has answered plainly for them. As an immigrant herself, she has a unique perspective and approach to providing personalized, high-quality service to her clients. Gordon, she worked as an immigration defense attorney providing pro-bono representation to those detained in ICE custody.  She is also a member of the American Immigration Lawyers Association. Her practice covers family-based immigration, green cards,naturalization, VAWA petitions, and work authorization, along with estate planning for families in Connecticut and New York.
